Our ILC teachers work in collaboration with homeroom and ELA teachers to provide students in grades 1 through 8 with additional English language learning support. ILC teachers work with student in the classroom, in small groups, or pull students out of the regular class for instruction. The purpose of the ILC is to partner with homeroom or ELA teachers to provide individualized and small-group instruction to students needing extra assistance in acquiring English. Through guided reading programs, grammar comprehension, spelling, and other activities, we help your child attain the English they need to be successful in their regular classes.
